Bagdad Cemetery Association, Inc. is a nonprofit organization formed under the State of Florida.  All correspondence, record keeping, and board meetings are open to the public for inspection or inquiries.  The cemetery is regulated by the cemetery board, duly elected and dedicated to furthering and preserving the history, artifacts and maintenance of the cemetery.
